Family Advocacy Support Stabilization Team
The FASST program provides stabilization for up to 40 youth ages six to 14 who are experiencing serious psychiatric difficulties in home, school or other community settings. Services are individualized and include home, classroom and community-based support; crisis intervention; case management; psycho-educational training; family support; and 24-hour crisis response availability. FASST utilizes a strengths-based approach to treatment to assist clients in their efforts to build upon existing family and community support. FASST is a collaboration between the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Mental Health Division and Sunny Hills.
